Dievs
En la religión báltica precristiana, el dios del cielo.

Junto con la diosa Laima, determinaba el curso del mundo y el destino de la humanidad. Era descrito como un rey báltico que vivía en una alquería en los cielos, y descendía ocasionalmente a la Tierra a caballo o en un carro para proteger a los agricultores y sus cultivos. Sus dos hijos eran las estrellas matutina y vespertina. En el Báltico moderno, el término dievs alude al Dios cristiano.
